Job Title: Country Experience & Partner Development Manager – Spanish Market

We are looking a Country Experience & Partner Development Manager in charge of managing a dynamic team of business development managers and account managers in charge of our valuable partners. You will be responsible to drive your team to succeed and achieve the strategic and commercial goals for the Spanish market. You will be responsible to implement the product strategy by sourcing and developing partnership opportunities within the hospitality and leisure industry in order to drive and accelerate top-line revenue and margin growth through recurring and successful deals, bringing new experiences to the Smartbox products.
•Manage and lead team of B2B Executives.
•Meet or exceed KPIs for New Product development, Partner Engagement, and Beneficiary Satisfaction
•Build and develop the relationship with Partners to drive Partner Satisfaction
•Train, coach and build the team’s commercial capabilities
•Oversee commercial campaigns, and manage the prioritisation across business objectives
•Encourage renewal of our partners & products while removing those achieving low performance or satisfaction
•Control all pipeline management and sales forecasting/commercial admin/quality standards for new contracts
•Develop complex key partnerships that requires occasionally special developments as API integrations, Channel Manager connectivity, among others
•Establish relationships across marketing, digital marketing, technology and partner support functions
•Monitor country & team performance and report on metrics; Implement, analyse & improve
•Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, clear goals where performance is recognised, accomplishments are rewarded and success celebrated
•Ensure commercial admin/quality standards/Commission levels for new contracts within your team are in line with required standards.
Essential Criteria & Skills
•Track record of delivery in an Account Management and/or Sales role with evidence of your ability to deliver growth and new opportunities in Hotel, Restaurant or Experience sector. (Ideally 5+ years)
•Expertise and knowledge of the Spanish market is a must
•Native Spanish and working proficiency in English
•Demonstrated experience in complex partnerships requiring technical developments as for example API integrations or Channel Managers.
•Data driven and analytically competent to be able to build and present compelling business proposals
•Strategic in approach and able to execute effectively and efficiently
•Organised, with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
•Strong demonstrated people management experience leading teams
•Excellent communicator – able to present and overcome hurdles across all levels of an organisation
•Motivating approach & communication style
•Efficient using MS Office, experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) an advantage
•BSc/BA in business administration, commercial, marketing or similar field preferable.
