We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to oversee the relationships of our company partners. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements and building long term relationships with them, sometimes managing complex partnerships. You will use data to analyse account performance and coach small to large accounts, being responsible for renewals and contract new products. You will use analytical skills to help partners grow their existing business to help identify new growth opportunities for Smartbox existing accounts.
•Enhance and grow our offering to customers by upselling business building opportunities to existing Partner Portfolio.
•Manage your own pipeline and balance short and long term priorities including administration of your portfolio to ensure they are set up for success.
•Conduct business reviews with partners, identifying business opportunities to unlock growth for your Partners through Smartbox Tools, Products & Systems.
•Drive Partner Satisfaction across your portfolio, with specific focus on the most valuable accounts.
•Develop positive relationship with internal teams to ensure your Partners receive high quality 360 experience working with Smartbox.
•Negotiate the make-up of experiences, including pricing and commission, to create profitable and desirable products for customers across Europe.
•Deliver against targets for new and existing business growth.
•Deliver target commission margin for your portfolio
•Drive move to online booking to improve the customer satisfaction.
•Previous experience managing and developing B2B accounts in sales or account management positions, with the ability to manage complex accounts if required (ideally 2 years)
•Native Spanish speaker and proficiency in English. Working experience and knowledge of the Spanish market is required.
•Active listening skills that enable you get the most out of every interaction with Partners and Colleagues.
•Accurate and detailed to ensure your experiences are marketed correctly.
•You enjoy working with numbers, with the ability to harness data to motivate others to see (adopt) your point of view.
•Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Oracle.
•At ease using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and similar tools.
•Ability to create and secure joint business growth plans with key partners
•Ability to learn fast and utilise both logical and creating thinking to find solutions.
•Organised, and capable of prioritising in a dynamic environment.
•Self-driven with the ability to work as a contributor and leader.
•Availability to travel for client meetings and trade fairs (post covid)

•BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
•Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.
