We have centralised our online business & technology in Dublin, and are undertaking a large-scale investment to put in place a best-in-class web and mobile platform to
better serve and grow our multi-million person customer base.

As PPC/SEA Manager, you will help to develop and execute the campaigns on Google and Bing. You will work to deliver a highly curated, targeted advertising experience to Smartbox users. You will support many of the key tools and technical capabilities necessary for running SEA campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, creative, and organized growth marketer who will jump in and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage a team of 2 PPC executives
•Define and implement SEA strategy across our European websites (excluding UK and Portugal)
•Manage budget and invoicing
•On board SEA campaigns in-house (from an agency based in the UK)
•Develop & manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
•Review and report on actions set up by the team
•Improve SEA campaigns by identifying actionable opportunities and maintain accounts quality level
•Maximize campaign performance by evaluating data through Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
•Organize and perform ongoing paid keyword research and keyword expansion, ad copies and landing pages optimization within the team
•Make sure that tracking elements are in place and working as required, ensure SA360 setup is accurate
•Maintain product feeds to high standards for Google Shopping campaigns
•Develop creative and innovative ways to continuously challenge the current results
•Stay up to date with current industry trends

Essential Competencies/ Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or equivalent work experience
•Extensive experience as a search specialist and manager in agency or within an advertiser
•Experience in managing a small team
•Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
•Understanding of attribution models and methodologies
•Good troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail
•Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics certification
•Experience on managing Shopping and Youtube campaigns
•Fluency in English – written and spoken is essential

Desirable/ Competencies/ Skills
•Knowledge of Google analytics
•Knowledge of Adobe analytics is a plus
•Second European language is a must such as French, Dutch, Danish or Swedish but Italian or Spanish are good to go as well!
•Experience in retail or travel industries
•Experience in managing Social campaigns
